Before use, check the fryer's wires, plug and pot body for damage or leakage. Place it on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
Do not fill oil above the maximum level or below the minimum level to prevent overflow or dry burning during heating.
Dry the surface of ingredients thoroughly and put them into the oil slowly to avoid splashing and scalding. Never touch hot oil or the heating pot body directly with hands.
Control the temperature within the range specified by the device during frying to avoid fire caused by excessive oil temperature. Keep flammable items away from the fryer.
Wear heat-resistant gloves during operation. Use special tools to turn or take out ingredients, and do not scratch the inner pot with sharp metal tools.
Turn off the power after use. Wait for the oil to cool down completely before pouring waste oil and cleaning the device to avoid hazards from high-temperature operations.
